Extensive experience in the design-build management of critical infrastructure projects, including large-scale diesel power generation plants and Cable Landing Stations (CLS) in remote and island locations, including Guam and the Bahamas.

These projects required the coordination of international engineering and project management teams, specialist contractors, equipment suppliers and local stakeholders, often in environments where transportation, procurement, mobilization and construction logistics presented significant delivery challenges.

Provided project management oversight across design development, engineering coordination, procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring that technical requirements, contractor interfaces, program commitments and quality standards remained aligned.

Particular emphasis was placed on coordinating international project managers and contractors, anticipating logistical and construction risks, maintaining commercial and contractual discipline, and establishing the controls necessary to deliver essential infrastructure in demanding operating environments.
