Luxury Hospitality – Design, Construction & Operational Readiness
Managing the design and construction of luxury hospitality developments requires an integrated understanding of architectural intent, guest experience, commercial objectives and operational requirements.
Providing independent Project Director oversight from project inception through design development, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational readiness, establishing a coordinated process across owners, architects, interior designers, specialist consultants, project managers, contractors and hotel operators.
This includes design coordination and scope definition for guest rooms, public areas, lobbies and reception, theme restaurants, back-of-house facilities and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE), ensuring that design decisions, specifications and operational requirements are properly translated into tender documentation and construction contracts.
Through disciplined project governance, tender scope review, contract and commercial management, cost control and construction oversight, I identify design gaps, interface risks, scope omissions and emerging cost exposures before they compromise project objectives.
The focus is to maintain accountability across all disciplines, protect owner capital and deliver a fully coordinated brand asset that reflects the intended design, quality, guest experience and operational standards.
