Invited by the architect for a six-month onsite engagement where the absence of a QA governance program was driving over a year of forecast delay and cost overrun, evaluated the delivery framework, implemented a QA protocol and schedule-resource recovery plan, and pulled completion forward by six months, saving over $1M.
