Identified a budget shortfall exceeding 20% at tender, enabling the government owner to recalibrate design scope and avoid a projected cost overrun compounded by schedule delay costs.

"I worked with Mr. Ron Francis during my tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group. He was the Project Director of Inprojects for the renovation Project for our InterContinental Hotel Dhaka, Bangladesh. 

The Project was very difficult and challenging. It required a great deal of both technical and client management skills to keep it moving forward. | found Ron to be very able, focused individual, providing leadership to the team on site and open to alternative solutions to help improve the delivery process. | would certainly look forward to working with Ron again in Future.
