Palazzo Margherita U.S. Embassy, Rome, Italy

Led project management for the adaptation of a 19th-century historic palace into a functioning diplomatic facility, integrating modern building systems and security requirements while preserving architectural heritage.

​

Oversaw conservation works across the Palazzo Margherita complex, including restoration of terrazzo, granite, and mosaic flooring, antique wood elements, and fresco ceilings.

A historically significant Roman palace designed by Gaetano Koch (1886), adapted for U.S. Embassy operations.
